Portable CPAP Humidifier for Travel and Home Use

You can enjoy the same level of breathing comfort away from home, with the added convenience of a smaller device that does not require distilled water. Simply attach the HME between your mask and your standard CPAP or BiPAP tubing, turn on your machine, and experience a steady flow of humidified sleep therapy air. For optimal results, the HME Filters should be changed about once every four days.

When using your CPAP or BiPAP, the HME Filter captures heat and moisture from the air as you exhale, and then returns this heat and moisture to the breathing circuit with each inhalation, creating a comfortable, effective, and convenient humidified breathing system. The slim design of the device ensures that it stays out of your way during the night.

To install the Heat Moisture Exchanger for therapeutic use, simply connect the large diameter end to your mask and the smaller diameter end to your CPAP tube, making sure both connections are fully seated and secure. Your HME is now ready for use.

Heat Moisture Exchangers should be replaced as needed, typically about once a week with proper storage and nightly use. When not in use, HMEs should be stored in a sealed plastic bag (ZipLock). Each HME is packed individually by sterile dialysis paper bag and should be stored in a clean, dry area. Do not use the product if it is damaged, and do not expose it to temperatures above 120°F. Ensure proper connections before use.
